And it didn’t even impair business and innovation
Unions ruled the community, ruling with actual democracy
Workers owned the companies

And the corporate capitalist pigs bowed
and though some were held under gunshot,
they were still able to produce for themselves
They just couldn’t produce more than for themselves

So you see, this was the first actually succesful marxist society
Spain in the 1930’s was paradise
Even George Orwell fought against both the vile communists and Franco’s fascist rule
True heroes of democracy who would die for it

And you think policies now are extreme?
You wouldn’t have weekends if it weren’t for socialism
Corporate snowflakes would let you slave 24/7 if only they could
War is a bigger innovator than capitalism ever was

Demonize the anarchist, demonize the protester
But they’re our true voice, and hell will reign over capitalism
if it means freedom and total emancipation for everyone
The blood burns beautifully where corporate wimps bow
